Ahead of the show's return, Netflix debuted a brand new trailer for Orange Is the New Black. This is the first full length look following photo and video teases over the past few months.

Let's just say the ladies are back and there's more drama than ever. The trailer teases more backstabbing, new inmates and tons of sexual tension.
