Any sci-fi story is only as good as its villain. Luckily, for the upcoming Netflix reboot of the 60s classic Lost in Space, none other than Parker Posey has been put through evil medical school to play the treacherous Dr. Smith.

In a new teaser trailer for the series we see Posey lurking over sleeping children, trying on wigs, and possibly committing murder by shooting someone out of an air lock. All in all it's a pretty good mix. Add that to all the talk of secret keeping and she's at the top of our list of morally grey favorites of the spring. Lost in Space releases on Netflix April 13 - watch, below.
