Lorde Declares Suns-Out, Buns-Out Summer With 'Solar Power' Cover Art

Her whole entire Lussy is out and the internet is shook.

Gay Twitter has declared this The Lorde's Summer and we are fully on board!

It's June, and that means the sun is out, and now, it also means one of our favorite pop girls, Lorde, has her ass out as well.

The 24-year-old singer released the cover art for an upcoming single entitled "Solar Power," and her Lussy (that's Lorde p*ssy) is out for everyone to see! And let me tell you, gays and sapphics alike are eating it UP.

Since we don't know what the song will sound like yet, fans have been focusing on the cover artwork, which shows Lorde jumping over the camera from above on a beach, possibly wearing a t-shirt and underwear, possibly wearing a bodysuit or swimsuit, or maybe wearing even less.

For many fans, it's a sign that Hot Girl Summer and Sad Girl Summer are going to be one in the same this year. This is Lorde's first new release since her 2017 album Melodrama, and we are ready for it to be a suns-out, buns-out summer with Lorde providing the soundtrack.

Some users pointed out that pop darling and High School Musical: The Musical: The Series star Olivia Rodrigo has filled a Lorde-shaped hole in many of our hearts, and are worried she'll be dropped now that the original is back. But don't worry, Olivia, we still love you! There's room for more than one young, moody, female singer!

Others provided very apt comparisons to the cover photo, including Britney Spears, Patrick Star, and Luigi, among others. One clever user posted a famous, meme-ified moment from an anime where a dark-haired woman shoots a beam out of her vagina.

Beauty really is in the eye of the beholder. Lorde posted the image on her website along with the text, "Arriving in 2021...Patience is a virtue."

You know you're making an impact when a pic of your legs hits the internet this hard. No matter what your opinion on the art is, we're all going to be stanning Lorde, and "Solar Power," all summer long.
