Let Patrick Stewart Show You How to Kiss a Man

Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen's friendship is paradigm of platonic love that all men should aspire to. Stewart, who describes his relationship with McKellen as "intimate," share everything, from techniques on how to self-insert a catheter to, apparently, saliva.

Stewart pulled his best friend in for a kiss on the red carpet for the premier of McKellen's latest film, Mr. Holmes. While interviewing the 75-year-old actor, Conan O'Brien brought it up.

The former captain of the starship Enterprise said it was something he was "entirely comfortable" doing, but that he doesn't do it with strangers. Then he offered to kiss Conan, as you do.

The talk show host described the experience as "fantastic" and that he did indeed feel an emotional connection.
