President Obama Sent a Valentine to the LGBT Community

Whether you were cuddling up with your significant other on Valentine's Day--or if you're anything like me, just...barely holding on --President Barack Obama sent some loving vibes your way.

Obama may have still been in his happy place after visitng with Ellen last week when they had a kiki about how proud they were of each other in the fight for LGBT equality.

"Changing hearts and minds I don't think anybody's been more influential than you on that," he told DeGeneres. "Then suddenly it's your brother, it's your uncle, it's your best friend, it's your co-workers and then attitudes shift and the laws followed, but it started with folks like you."

The President also urged everyone to speak up for equality by joining the fight against discrimination.
