Fund This: Queer Cartoon Series, McTucky Fried High Season 2

McTucky Fried High is the funny, quirky and unabashedly queer animated series by filmmaker, illustrator and activist Robert-Carnilius that tackles a broad range of topics pertinent to LGBT teens, such as coming out, transphobia, bullying, race and gender identity.

Prior to the release of the first season earlier this year, Carnilius told IndieWire he wanted to make MFH because "even though there are a lot of great network cartoons and animations, there aren't any that prominently feature characters in the LGBTQ community."

With season two currently in production, Carnilius hopes to "lead the wave of animated media that affirms LGBTQ experiences" and he's reaching out to help fund that wave with an Indiegogo campaign.
