President Trump has become the first sitting president to address the Values Voter Summit, which is sponsored by the anti-LGBT Family Research Council. His speech took place this morning in Washington D.C. as part of the annual three-day conservative gathering that launched in 2006 to "preserve the bedrock values of traditional marriage, religious liberty, sanctity of life and limited government that make our nation strong."

Pamphlets were passed around in complimentary red totes, outlining "The Health Hazards of Homosexuality." Written by MassResistance, a "pro-family activist organization that educates people to help them confront the attacks on the traditional family, children, religion, and society," the hand-out promotes a book of the same name being published in February that details "what the medical and psychological research reveals" about homosexuality.

She continued, "The religious exemption laws that groups like the Family Research Council and the Trump administration fully support do not reflect real American values."
