Clambakes and crawfish boils are just around the corner, and with that in mind, I had to pull out my faithful Tommy Hilfiger blazer. Steeped in British tradition, somewhere along the way navy blazers became synonymous with New England prepsters, but they're also a must in any man's wardrobe. I love to go for a classic navy blue with gold buttons. It's immediately recognizable, and can dress up any outfit. I wear mine with button-up shirts, T-shirts, sweaters... and even tank tops! Remember: Blazers started out as sporting jackets, and were made from durable fabrics to be worn in tennis matches or by sailors out to sea, so you really don't have to be precious with it. It's also a great substitute for a formal jacket on those crisp summer nights.
