Shirtless star looks nothing like we remember
Oh, Mark Ruffalo. What is it about him that we find so endearing? Is it the nice-guy charm, the luscious hair, that time he got naked in In The Cut, or even that time he got mostly naked in The Kids Are All Right? We're not sure, but all we know is he's a babe. Or at least, he was.
Now, thanks to Screenrant, we've got a first close-up visual of what Ruffalo looks like playing The Hulk in the upcoming big-screen version of The Avengers. And this guy doesn't look like he'd be anywhere near as cuddly as the Mark Ruffalo we know. Sure, he's a science-project-gone-awry superhero and it's not really Ruffalo--it's all sorts of movie magic brought to life with his voice and movements--but we're still a bit shocked. This was not at all what we were expecting when we daydreamed about the Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind actor--who recently signed on to star in Ryan Murphy's screen adaptation of The Normal Heart--busting out of his clothes.
