Last night was the big night for 'Glee's gay couple Kurt and Blaine. What did you think?
Last night's episode of Glee was sizzling and sweet. And, of course, controversial. Not only did cute couple Rachel & Finn lose their virginity, but America's favorite gay couple Kurt & Blaine finally did the deed as well--a first for a primetime series. About the episode, creator Ryan Murphy told EW, "Everybody has seen a straight couple losing their virginity, but has anyone dovetailed the gay and straight stories together and given them equal weight? That seemed like an exciting choice and a new thing."
As for controversy? The Parents Television Council says they don't really care about the gender of the teens having sex, but that "the fact that Glee intends to not only broadcast, but celebrate children having sex is reprehensible." The Culture and Media Institute, however, is concerned that the show "is now stepping up its campaign of homosexual promotion."
But enough of all that: What did you think about the episode? Adorable? Tacky? Totally romantic? Let your voice be heard via the poll at Gay.net. Results will be posted early next week.
