'Drag Race's Tamisha Iman Is Ready to Burn It All Down

In new posts Tamisha Iman has announced that she's launching a new show, likely to be hosted on YouTube -- where she's set to make an "example" out of former RuPaul's Drag Race competitors like Monet X Change and more.

"I'm about to make an example out of every bitch that has uttered Tamisha Iman's name," she said in a video.

The video starts off with Iman, who competed on season 13 of the show, watching an episode of Sibling Rivalry, a podcast YouTube channel, and growing brand hosted by X Change and Bob the Drag Queen. In it, the pair react to the reunion of season 13, critique Iman's music video specifically. Iman, who has had X Change blocked for most of season 13, does not appear pleased while watching the video.

"I have sat back and I have let a lady whose best look on Drag Race was made with sponges read me, the icon," Iman said in the post, referring to an infamous season 10 look."So, I am not petty as people thing but now that the season is over ..." she's launching a new series to respond.

"I'm about to show y'all how to reign supreme by giving zero fucks about what people may think about you," she said.

In short, the post was an announcement and explanation of an impending Tamisha Iman hosting show set to premiere on Tuesday. Iman said that she would be putting on what is likely to be the most controversial season yet, reading queens who have criticized her for their looks before they got the benefit of Drag Race money, as well as inviting former persona non grata Ru girls. In particular, she named guests like The Vixen as well as James William Ross, who won season two.

"The way I am going to read [Monet X Change's] as on Tuesday -- and not just you because I tried to spare a lot of y'all," Iman, a living legend who has been in the business for 30 years, said. "But the way I am going to read you former Drag girls.." She specifically pointed out that many of the shows that have spring up around Drag Race hosted by former competitors are centered on criticizing the current queens.

"Since you girls that have been in the same position, such as my self, and walked this same walk, such as myself, feel the need to now create shows talking about the girls that's coming in doing what you have done, I am fixing to show you how you don't need World of Wonder on your side to become famous," Iman said. "I am fin' to make an example out of every bitch that have uttered Tamisha Iman name during this season. I am fixin' to show you little girls how to read for filth."

"The only thing about me: I have nothing to lose." Later on, she even pointed out that the bullying within the fandom is often criticized but that this type of tenor is being set by the proliferation of shows featuring former cast members grading current competing queens.

In the video, Iman pointed out that post-show many queens now have teams to help them with their drag assisting with their makeup, looks, and more. As was made evident on Drag Race, Iman operates as a one-stop-shop doing her own makeup, and making all of her own garments. In addition, she has helped to build the careers of other performers like the late Tandi Iman Dupree who went viral for a Wonder Woman performance that Tamisha helped to execute.

"I don't want anybody to think I'm mad, because I'm not" Iman said in the Instagram video. "I'm pissed -- there's a difference. If I'm mad, I'll probably kick your ass but if I'm pissed I'm going to read you in your own language."

Others like Willam have responded to the posts, seemingly in support. Bob the Drag Queen went so far as to tag X Change.

"Keep in mind, the one message I want to leave you with Monet X Change," Iman said in the video. "It was the bitch like me, the Black bitch that have paved the way for you lil Black bitch to be seen and be recognized by these white people. So keep that in mind, don't get too grown. But now, since you sent for me sister, I'm finna come."
