For reasons I'm sure no one really cares about, Jamie Lee Curtis's unhinged Cathy Munsch is now running a hospital that employs Emma Roberts, Oscar-nominee (!) Abigail Breslin, and Carrie Fisher spawn Billie Lourd, collectively known as The Chanels.

Other returning faces include Lea Michele serving full-on Hannibal Lecter for your shot nerves as Hester Ulrich and Let's Have a Keke Palmer as Zayday Williams.

Speaking of old and new faces, ever since Renee Zellweger popped up from the edge of reason we're not allowed to talk about celebrity's faces, but it looks like Taylor Lautner finally escaped from whatever nightmarish hellscape that was keeping Renee captive between Bridget Jones movies to join the cast as a resident hunky doctor along with perennial fox John Stamos.
