MTV and Logo plan star-studded show on teens and LGBT issues

Will It Get Ratings? Entertainment Weekly today revealed that MTV and Logo are working on a television special called It Gets Better, a show that looks a lot like True Life: I'm Gay and which fill focus on three youngsters dealing gay issues.

According to the site, celebrities including Zachary Quinto, Adam Levine, Margaret Cho, Jake Shears, Sia, and, uh, Vinny Guadagnino from Jersey Shore will participate. The hour-long special, which will air on both channels Feb. 21 at 11 p.m. (which seems sort of late for programming that would be really important for young people to see, but hopefully the reruns will be plentiful) and will be hosted by none other than Out100 honoree Dan Savage.
