The former teacher took a red pen to onetime presidential hopeful Marco Rubio’s op-ed against “net neutrality” (he graded the policy paper with an “F”), and he took out a Craigslist ad seeking to fill the speakership vacancy in the House, when no one seemed to want the gig.
