Claire Foy Punishes Bad Men in The Girl in the Spider's Web Trailer

Claire Foy is Lisbeth Salander in the latest American film adaptation of the Millennium series. She takes over the role from Rooney Mara in the upcoming Girl in the Spider's Web.

Based on the recent book, this film is a prequel to David Fincher's 2011 adaptation of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. It follows the queer hacker protagonist as she exacts revenge on bad men in her mission to save battered women. But when she teams up with journalist, Mikael Blomkvist (Sverrir Gudnason), they find themselves in a web of spies, cyber criminals, and corrupt government officials.
