Amy Schumer Left Jennifer Lawrence Some Harsh Words Upon Hearing of Her Breakup

Sitting down on Watch What Happens Live! with Andy Cohen, Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence revealed the words she received from Amy Schumer after her breakup with director Darren Aronofsky.

Lawrence and Aronofsky started a relationship together shortly after the production of mother! ended, and broke up not long after the film opened in theaters. Lawrence revealed to Cohen that:

"When Darren and I first broke up. I told [Schumer] and I was really sad. The next day I got a bouquet of flowers delivered and I said, 'What is this?'" She continued: "I bring the bouquet of flowers in and there was a note that says, 'I'm so sorry to hear you're gonna die alone. Love, Amy.'"

Lawrence recently attended Schumer's wedding to Chris Fischer.

The pair are currently working on developing a feature together, in which they play 'dysfunctional twins.' She told Voguein August that they are currently "meeting with directors" and that Amy's "the funniest person I've ever met. She's also an amazing dramatic actress, which I want to bring out."
