We're Gagging Over the First Trailer for Dark Phoenix

There is almost no comic book arc as beloved as The Dark Phoenix Saga, which saw the X-Men's founding member Jean Grey transform into an angry, godlike avatar of destruction. But the last time the X-Men films tried to take on the Phoenix, it sort of...went up in flames (we do not speak of The Last Stand). Now, it looks like the X-Men film franchise is finally getting the story right if the first trailer for Dark Phoenix is any indication. This trailer is all about Jean (Game of Thrones' Sophie Turner) as she struggles to deal with a power she doesn't know how to control. All the usual suspects are there -- Professor X (James McAvoy), Magneto (Michael Fassbender), Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence, wearing a version of the iconic 90s yellow and blue X-Men uniform).
