Judging from the shows in Paris and Milan, one of the biggest trends in menswear this season (and next) is going to be printed pants. If you've been following my runway recaps, you know that, personally, I loooove a printed pant! So many people think that "they could never pull it off", but following a few simple styling tips, you too can find a way to strut your prints.

1. Less is More.

The easiest way to make a print work, is to keep it super simple on top. A solid colored shirt lets the pants do all the talking.
This rule also applies to eveningwear: Switch to a color block blazer, or a minimalist silk shirt, to complement the shades of your pants with elegance.

2. Go Bold.

Another way to rock a print on the bottom, is simply to rock a print on the top! Don't go crazy mixing it up, though: Try to keep the prints in a similar vein, and you will look as dashing as a runway model.
3. Be Versatile.

If you have a big bold print on the bottom, you can always pair it with a smaller, more subdued print on top, even if it's a totally different pattern. Surprisingly, they balance each other out very well.
