Vampires and Werewolves

Things keeping getting hotter in Bon Temps, La., the fictional setting of the HBO series True Blood, and for the third season, creator Alan Ball is kind enough to introduce us to Theo Alexander (right), who plays Talbot, one half of the town's new gay power couple (his husband of 700 years is the Vampire King of Mississippi, played by Denis O'Hare), who has a decidedly Martha Stewart'like approach to vampire-style entertaining.

Fans of the more rough and tumble type have to look no further than six-foot-five Joe Manganiello (left), who as Alcide, Bon Temps's first resident werewolf, looks almost unrecognizable from his recurring stints on How I Met Your Mother and One Tree Hill. Sadly, it looks like he's saving his affections for Anna Paquin's Sookie.
