It's no longer some novelty when a brand decides to create a video project of some sort -- displaying their latest collection -- in addition to a requisite showing of their collection during Fashion Week and creating a look book to display the recent offerings. In fact, its become so commonplace that it seems almost mandatory. Nonetheless, its still another venue from which we can appreciate the new goodies that can soon be our very own. The latest label to hop on the trend is Oliver Spencer and thisvideo (directed by Dan Annett and styled by William Gilchrist), starring their fall 2011 threads. It's an appropriately autumnal tour through a spooky haunted mansion, but substituting amorous, attractive adolescents in lieu of ghosts. The cameraman (or -woman) treks through the threadbare country mansion, straight from the set of Hoarders and creates a single-shot through the dilapidated country estate and the well-dressed, eclectic denizens therein. Its dreamy and fun and serves as a reminder that while we're sad to see the summer go, we can't help but look forward to some major fall outfits.
