Ok. So there just so happen to be two seminal moments in our lives that Elizabeth Berkley was instrumental in. The first being her caffeine pill-addled breakdown breakdown as Jessi Spano in Saved by the Bell and the second is her hip-thrusting, boobie-flaunting performance as Nomi Malone in Showgirls (we can cite entire scenes by heart, obvs). Now Ms. Berkley is coming out with a book, Ask Elizabeth, which is an extension of her website and serves as an source of advice for teenage girls. Berkley (aka Spano, Malone) is descending into New York for a book signing tomorrow and she wants everyone, but especially her gays, on hand to meet and greet. If you're lucky, she may just re-enact the infamous sob/cry "I'm so excited...I'm so....scared" Fingers crossed!
Ask Elizabeth book signing, Friday April 1st 7-9pm at Dylan's Candy Bar in New York (on the corner of Third Avenue and 60th Street)
