James Franco, who is hosting the 2011 Academy Awards this Sunday with Anne Hathaway, is coming into the final lap of Oscar rehersals. Finishing touches are being put on skits and jokes and some, sadly, have already hit the cutting room floor before they've even had a chance air.
Last night Franco tweeted his cover of Cher's Burlesque track "You Haven't Seen The Last Of Me Yet" which was officially snubbed by the Academy when it didn't receive a Best Song nomination, even though it won the Golden Globe in the same category a few weeks ago.
We'd normally say the Oscar's loss was our gain since we love just about anything Franco puts his mitts or mouth on, but in this case, we think this sucker deserves the early death sentence it received:
