Netflix's upcoming limited series Maniac stars Emma Stone and Jonah Hill as two people with lots of issues who seem to undergo a "mysterious pharmaceutical trial" that catapults into a series of increasingly bizarre settings. Are they parallel universes? Virtual realities? We'll have to wait until Maniac premieres on September 21 to find out, but for now you can get a glimpse into this enigmatic sci-fi series by watching the official trailer below.
