Campbell Walker Fields was adopted and raised by a gay couple after his birth mother was unable to take care of him. "My dads have done so much for me," he says.
Though the 14-year-old singer never met his mother, he still wants to make her proud. "I am really thankful she gave me up for adoption, so I didn't have to struggle."
