Together, they covered the Rolling Stones' "Gimme Shelter," alongside a swarm of musicians including Pixie Geldof, Circa Wave’s Joe Falconer, Peace’s Harry Koisser, Slaves’ Isaac Holman, Black Honey’s Izzy Baxter, Austin Williams and Swim Deep’s Cavan McCarthy.
The star-studded cover was organized to benefit the British charity Help Refugees, as viewers watching online were encouraged to text REFU to 70700 to donate £5. Mick Jagger has previously described "Gimme Shelter" as "a kind of end-of-the-world song," eerily echoing today's tumultuous political landscape.
