The taping of the sixth season of Project Runway is off to a rocky start. Not only is the new L.A. location causing Michael Kors (far left) and Nina Garcia (furthest right) to miss tapings, but yesterday WGA strikes interrupted filming outside the Michael Kors store. [The Cut]

Jack Spade is moving beyond accessories with the launch of menswear in '09.
  Former Paul Smith and Original Penguin alum Cuan Hanly has been appointed vice-president and will oversee the launch, which will begin with capsule collections at Bloomingdale's, Barneys Co-op and Fred Segal. [DNR]
