Watch Derek Bishop's Video for 'Baggage'

Derek Bishop is back with his sophomore album, Bicycling In Quicksand, set to release April 7, 2015. The ten-song album from the out artist blends disco, Euro-pop, and new wave stylings. Until recently, Bishop was moonlighting as an art director designing Broadway cast albums, is not only a singer-songwriter, he also worked as the stylist, art director, and photographer for the album. "I find music to be an extremely visual thing," Bishop explains, "So I've paid just as much attention to the photos, videos, and packaging of my albums as to the musical instruments we played and the style of music."
