Alyssa Edwards & Detox Are Getting Their Own Reality Spin-offs

As we wait anxiously for season 9 of RuPaul's Drag Race, the show's producers have announced new digital reality series for two of the show's most prominent queens.

Alyssa Edwards and Detox will both star in reality shows, slated to premiere in late April close to DragCon, World of Wonder told Variety. "Haus of Edwards" will follow Edwards and drag daughter Laganja Estranja as Edwards runs her dance studio.

"Detox's Life Rehab" will be a life-hacks and variety show with special guests. No word yet if one of those special guests includes a certain queen of snakes.

World of Wonder is hoping the new series will boost digital viewership and is even considering subscription service for more exclusive drag content.
