> Sherwood Schwartz, creator of the beloved television series The Brady Brunch, died yesterday at the age of 94.

> A NY county clerk resigned because she says issuing marriage licenses to gay couples, which she would be required to do starting July 24, goes against her faith.

> Singer Ari Gold was harassed for holding hands with another man while riding on a bus. The driver of the bus said he was uncomfortable with the public display of affection and even went so far as to pull the bus over and call a state trooper! The state trooper said that nothing illegal was happening and instructed the driving to keep driving.

> James Franco and Kalup Linzy release a new single, "Turn It Up."
