Stefan is displaying her new macho exhibition at the Azucarera Gallery in Harlem!
Since the mid '90s, Stefan, a professor at British Columbia's University of the Fraser Valley, has been creating artwork about queer subjectivity. Her new series, entitled "B is for Butch," uses art to promote self-identification within the subculture of butch sexuality.
We expect lots of armor and lots of motorcycles.
Opening Reception: July 30, 6-10 p.m. (Stefan will be on hand for the opening)
Closing: August 30
