First Kanye teams up with cult Australian denim brand Ksubi, and now yet another denim line from down under is set to make waves stateside. Oy! This fall expect to see a big roll-out from the premium label Denim & Thread, a paired down, yet chic-as-ever collection that emphasizes the simple classic jean. [Material Interest]

John Galliano will make a quick sweep across the pond this week to, first, unveil his Dior cruise collection and then accept an award from the Savannah College of Art & Design. But, don't expect that to be the last you'll see of him stateside; with all his talk of American inspiration and adventure, the mustachioed one is sure to come back for more. [WWD]

We've all tried to pass off a fake as real at some point in our fledgling fashion lives, but don't expect Loro Piana to let you get away with it so easily. Clearly obsessed with authenticity, the famed luxury brand will now sew metal rings into their garments, each with an engraved serial number for tracking and verification.
