TUNES: Want the perfect stocking stuffer for that disco-loving glitter queen that has everything? How about Hurrah: A Year of Ta-Dah, the new DVD from glam-pop outlet Scissor Sisters. Music DVDs can disappoint, but the Sisters make sure you get enough bang for your buck. The DVD includes a new, 90-minute live spectacular shot in front of 20,000 adoring fans at London's new O2 arena and an hour-long documentary about the band. There's even a live concert filmed during the band's legendary, sold-out 2002 Kiss You Off summer tour. Best part?
