When he started in 2007 as vice president of global advertising and creative excellence at Coca-Cola Company, Mildenhall's primary goal was to kill the competition at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Done and done. In June, the brand snagged 30 Cannes Lions awards. Mildenhall also helped Coke execute its biggest marketing campaign ever for the London Olympics, with its Move to the Beat campaign (featuring five international athletes and Mark Ronson's music) running in more than 100 countries.
