Hollywood has a notoriously poor record when it comes to gay representation, and the dearth of gay actors on the big screen is more than matched by the dearth of gay men and women at big talent agencies (think Ari Gold on HBO's Entourage and you get the idea). James, who grew up playing competitive tennis in Florida, is helping change that narrative as a partner and co-owner of ICM Partners, where his clients include Megan Fox, Zoe Saldana, and the latest Bond girl, Berenice Marlohe.
