Published in 2009, and very much playing into pop-culture's obsession with all things supernatural, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies quickly became a bestseller. The sensationalized horror comedy reimagined the classic Jane Austen novel with, of course, zombies. The author, Seth Grahame-Smith, then went on to write Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter, which was made into a feature film in 2012. Now, it's Elizabeth Bennett and Mr. Darcey's turn to hit the silver screen.
Starring Lily James, Sam Riley, Douglas Booth, Matt Smith, Lena Headey, and Charles Dance, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is set for release in February 2016.
