Our Out100 portfolio of the year's most compelling people all reference iconic portraits. While on set being photographed for the issue, comedian Kathy Griffin and Modern Family's Jesse Tyler Ferguson couldn't stop from clowning around. They suggested this pose, riffing off of the iconic Janet Jackson 1993 Rolling Stone cover. You'll have to stay tuned for their official photos later this week.
