By keeping his finger on the cultural pulse, Wang has secured a clientele as wide-ranging as his output. While continuing to cater to the upmarket, he also released a sports-inspired collection for H&M, which sold out almost instantly. He's an unusually young creative director (for Balenciaga), and now with a high-end line of furniture (in black and brass for Poltrona Frau), Wang has shown that his aesthetic isn't restricted to clothing.
