The issue is a personal one for Dunham, whose younger sibling is gender non-confirming. Grace Dunham came out in 2016 saying, "I'm not a woman, but I'm not a man," as they stripped down for StyleLikeU's online video series, "The What's Underneath Project."
The Ruth Ellis Center is one of only four organizations in the U.S. that provides shelter and services to at-risk LGBT youth. Click here to donate.
