Amanda Palmer's new photo book, Who Killed Amanda Palmer? (due out from Eight Foot Books in early July) is filled with startling, gruesome, humorous, and ultimately beautiful images of the singer-songwriter snapped after she was (fictionally and repeatedly) murdered. The book also features song lyrics from Palmer's album of the same name and stories by famed comic book author, novelist, and children's story writer Neil Gaiman.
