Well this is a major bummer. Yigal Azroel has jumped the New York City ship and will now be showing his menswear collections in Paris, starting with Fall 2011. While this has been rumored for some time now, Style.com officially confirmed the date of his show as Sunday January 23rd. "I decided to show my men’s collection in Paris this season because I feel like the inherent aesthetic lends itself to a more a European feel,” he told them. And another one bites the dust.

While the pre-fall collections are well underway, most menswear is sadly ignored. Not so with Burberry, who gave us a sumptuous collection that is begging to be petted, prodded, and ultimately, worn. And we must, absolutely must, have that orange coat. Yes, we're not big fans of color, but that coat is a revelation if we've ever seen one.

While we love ourselves some Cathy Horyn and her pointed, fanciful and sometimes just plain nutty reviews and observations, she's not the only fashion critic around to make a splash. Robin Givhan, the fashion critic of The Wall Street Journal, is a powerful force as well. In fact, she's the only person to have been awarded a Pulitzer for criticism of fashion, and has spent the past two years in Washington DC so she can follow Michelle Obama and her fashion influence more closely. Not too shabby eh?

OUT: How old are you?
Ryan: 22

Where are you from?
The Bronx

What were you doing before you started modeling?
I was a sophomore in high school. I've always been involved in music and was in a band at the time I started with my brother.

How did you come to be a model? Were you scouted? Is so, where?
I was scouted down by St. Marks while doing service hours with friends (it's a Jesuit high school requirement) in Thompson Square Park (we were feeding the homeless).

The result is Things by Shipley & Halmos, consisting of limited-edition collaborative efforts between the clothing retailer and some of their best fashion-y friends. Check out our favorites, above.

Oh my! Usually, when high-end brands release their ads, they're eye-popping, to be sure, but also filled to the brim with luxe, fabulous clothing and must-have accessories. Not so for Ms. Donatella Versace. Instead, when she chose to feature Mad Men star January Jones (the icy Betty Draper), she figured that showing off her best assets did not include covering them up.
