Watch the New Shirtless Boy Butter Ad to Air During 'Drag Race' 12

We've come to look forward to this almost as much as the queens' entrance looks.

Since 2012, Boy Butter ads have proven to be a staple of the RuPaul's Drag Racelive viewing experience. If you watch the competition show on your television as opposed to streaming it later, and you live in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Florida or Canada, there's a good chance you've seen the spot. In fact, when Drag Race moved to VH1 there were some important conversations about censorship when some areas pulled the spot. Well fellas, Boy Butter is back for season 12 with its latest clip and we're headed to the iconic gay vacation spot, Fire Island.

Featuring Facundo Rodriguez, this year's advertisement follows a similar format that the company has since 2017: hot guy, shirtless, diligently churning butter with his muscles rippling. First it was Seth Fornea, then Samuel Lemar, and now model and club owner Rodriguez -- this is his second ad with the brand. The spot was shot by Daniel Robinson, and shows Rodriguez shirtless in Fire Island's infamous dunes working away at some butter. It marks the first time that the company has used drones for a commercial.

"We thought it was time to step things up with mainstream gay imagery and ads on TV," Boy Butter owner and founder Eyal Feldman tells Out.

In addition to the spot, the company recently released a new 25 ounce of their lubricant for those ... who go through a bit.

While this all may seem pretty par the course for gays and gay culture, it's important to remember there's a ton of non-queers watching Drag Race. So to see this integration of an iconic location into such a mainstream platform, even if in such a small way, is refreshing. Plus, at the end of the day who is saying no to another shirtless, muscled pin-up? The Boy Butter models should be honorary Pit Crew members at this point!
