Aydian Dowling Shoots Potential Men’s Health Cover

After sweeping the preliminary round of online voting in the spring, Aydian Dowling is now one of five men that could appear on the cover of Men's Health for their reader's choice search for the "Ultimate Guy."

Dowling has finished his photo shoot that could potentially become his cover, and will be featured in the magazine regardless of whether those in charge at Men's Health give him the highest honor or not.

The trans fitness model first garnered attention when he recreated Adam Levine's nude Cosmopolitan UK cover shoot for FTM to increase trans visibility.

The winner of the Men's Health contest will be announced later this year.
