Variety reports that Daniel Radcliffe will head up a NYC reading of How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying this December. The move will mark the Harry Potter star's first foray into musicals and will serve as a try out for a possible full bodied production sometime in the not-so-distant future. No other cast members have been announced but Rob Ashford has signed on to direct and choreograph the beloved Pulitzer prize-winning show.
After making his Broadway debut in Equus -- nude no less, befriending the brilliant glam trans singing sensation Our Lady J, and gearing up for a musical, it seems Radcliffe is giving James Franco a run for his money when it comes to the title of coolest straight guy on the planet.
