TikTok Star Dylan Mulvaney Just Revealed Her Stunning Facial Feminization Surgery Results

Ms. Dylan Mulvaney would like to reintroduce herself.

The trans actress and influencer, who (at the time of writing) has over 1 million followers on Instagram and over 10 million followers on TikTok, revealed today the results of her recent facial feminization surgery.

Mulvaney revealed her stunning new face in a video showing her dancing and looking like Natalie Portman in Black Swan.

After a quick cut, Mulvaney steps out from behind a curtain in a black dress and black, elbow-length gloves, looking even more like a Hollywood starlet. (Is that a young Rachel Weisz that I see?!)

"Oh my gosh, hi! I missed you! You know I have a flair for the dramatics," she says in the video. "But it's so good, right? I'm so happy! It's still me, just a little bit softer of a version!"

"And I just hope all trans and nonbinary people can get the gender-affirming resources they need because this is life-changing, and sometimes life-saving," she continues. "So thank you so much for supporting me and we've got so much to catch up on! I love ya!"

Mulvaney is looking absolutely GORGEOUS in the video, and what's more, she looks truly, truly happy. When someone loves themselves you can see it on their face, and Mulvaney's face says, "I love who I am."

Mulvaney has been teasing the reveal of her new face since December when she went in for surgery with Dr. Harrison Lee.

In her post before going into surgery, she wrote a message to her former face to go along with her last selfie with it.

"You did me good!" she wrote. "If we had stuck it out together forever, we would've made it work, but you sparked a sadness much too often, that most will never relate to."

"I wonder how I'll look back at you in a matter of weeks?" she continued. "For now, you are still a friend. Thank you for listening to my needs and taking one for the team. Please don't feel like you failed- I can assure you it's me it's not you."

It's great to see how open Mulvaney has been about the whole process. Unfortunately, for most of history, trans surgeries have been portrayed as something to be ashamed of and keep secret. Now, trans people are proud to show off the hard work they went into becoming their best selves.
