Out market editor Michael Cook shares his favorite wardrobe staples
Tis the season of weddings and garden parties warming up to all sorts of other summer festivities, so you better be ready to suit up. But forget about that gray and navy number that has made too many appearances already. Instead, take a cue from designers sending fun, lightweight suits down the runway, and get a bit funky with it. I usually think more subtle prints make the biggest impact -- such as this beige option by Salvatore Ferragamo, which I recently wore to a friend's wedding. You'll get noticed in the best possible ways, but it's important not to outshine the main attraction: the groom or the bride, duh! Keep it simple and classy, using a white shirt and simple accessories, and be as bright as the days ahead.
