Best-Dressed Man of the Week: Tahar Rahim

Tahar Rahim may not be a household name in the States yet, but the French actor, mostly known for his breakout role in Jacques Audiard's prison drama A Prophet, is one to watch. Rahim attended the 68th Cannes Film Festival looking hotter than ever -- at least figuratively.

In terms of clothing, Rahim kept things cool, daring a shirtless-cardigan combo with dress pants. Take a cue from him for your summer outfits: It's a sexy, subtle way to make a style statement without breaking a sweat (bonus points if you have chest hair). Rahim also decided to bare his ankles, wearing a gorgeous pair of burgundy tassel loafers without socks, revealing just the right amount of skin. J'adore.
