Bartender Profile: Mike Bailey

Arkansas native. I made my way to New York via Boston. I've been the head bartender at the Ritz for 5 years...and before that a year at Crobar as lead bartender as well...I had been a bartender for 7 years prior to that in Boston during college at all of the prime venues.

I've been spending the last year developing a bloody mary mix and salsa line.

Favorite drink is Dr. Baileys Bloody Mary paired with Stoli. If you're gonna recover at brunch use the best.
