Watch Sky Ferreira Perform with The Jesus & Mary Chain on Stephen Colbert

Scottish cult rock outfit The Jesus & Mary Chain has returned to the spotlight after a 19-year hiatus with new album, Damage and Joy, released in March. To promote their comeback, the band performed last night on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, bringing special guest Sky Ferreira on stage to perform "The Two Of Us." Ferreira, who's been busy recording her solo sophomore album, is featured on Damage and Joy highlight "Blacks And Blues," which you can listen to here.

The starlet has long been on our radar and continues to make her climb as an emerging musician and favorite of the queer community. Ferreira will next appear on the upcoming Showtime reboot of Twin Peaks, which airs this Sunday. David Lynch wrote a role especially for her after she auditioned, and Ferreira recently spoke with Vanity Fair about working with the iconic director, saying she feels that, finally, "Someone else gets it. Suddenly, it was like, 'Oh, there's someone else [like me].'"
