On this week's Lip Sync Battle, Oscar-winner (NEVER FORGET) Jim Rash channeled Community's Dean Pelton when performing En Vogue's "Giving Him Something He Can Feel" with his co-star Joel McHale being the titular "Him." And Jim let Joel know that his love is real. Real weird. And hot. Weird and hot. Just like LSB co-host Chrissy Teigen likes it.

Same. Meanwhile, McHale, ever the good sport, seems like he's also into it.
