A New Trailer & Poster for Rogue One Have Landed

Disney dropped a couple of major Star Wars bombs this morning when they released the second of three trailers for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and a brand new poster featuring Felicity Jones and the rest of the dynamic ensemble.

The poster, which showcases the diverse cast of the film, is similar to past posters in the Star Wars franchise. Jones, who plays young warrior and rebel leader Jyn Erso, will be this film's leading lady, accompanied by Forest Whitaker, Donnie Yen, Diego Luna, Ben Mendelsohn, Jiang Wen, and Riz Ahmed.

To further pack a punch, the new trailer was released at the same time. Some of Erso's backstory is revealed, and between quick flashes of battle scenes, we glimpse the iconic Darth Vader.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story hits theaters on December 16. Watch the trailer below:
